Germany or Switzerland
You decide, we guide you. From the first idea to lasting success.
CYBERSECURITY · CLOUD · DEVOPS · PLATFORM ENGINEERING
Our promise to candidates
IseeIT places IT experts in permanent positions in Germany and Switzerland.
At your side. Every step.
From the first conversation until you have passed probation: application, interviews, contract, move, settling in. No stretch of the way you walk alone.
Free for you. Always.
We are paid by the hiring company. Never by you. No exceptions.
You know beforehand what will be left over.
Your net income for your destination, in writing and verifiable, before you sign.
A person, not a ticket system.
Fixed contacts with a name, a face and a phone number. We see the person, not the profile: your reasons, your doubts and your wishes are part of the decision.
We are looking for experts in: Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering.
Two paths, equally well supported.
The difference lies in the country: deductions, prices and everyday life. Not in the care you receive.
Your path to Germany
663,000 IT professionals missing by 2040. (BITKOM, FORECAST 2024)
Your path to Switzerland
54,400 ICT professionals missing by 2033. (ICT-BERUFSBILDUNG SCHWEIZ, 2025)
In Switzerland, we work with licensed partner agencies who present you to employers:
we prepare you, forward your application and remain your point of contact.
No mandate below CHF 100,000 in Switzerland or EUR 65,000 in Germany. CHF 100,000 is roughly EUR 107,000.
Calculate what the move brings you.
Gross, net, rent, purchasing power: see in two minutes how much more is left at the end of the month. Every figure with a source.
You keep the wheel, we know the road.
You decide. We prepare, fill in forms, book appointments and take over whatever we are allowed to take over.
After the first conversation
Your net-income breakdown is on the table: in writing, with a source and date on every figure, in your mother tongue.
Before every interview
You know the company, the interview style, the typical questions and the salary range.
When you sign
No open questions left: probation period, notice periods and salary components have all been talked through.
In the week of the move
Registration, bank account, keys: prepared, and in the right order.
Until the foundation is solid
Check-ins in weeks 1, 4, 8 and 12, until you have passed probation. Your success is our goal.
Arriving is half the work.
Finding the job is the easier part. Settling into a new country we know from our own experience.
We ask what you do at the weekend.
Climbing, gym, football, chess: whatever you love, there is a group for it here. We track them down and put together a personal overview for you.
People who have walked the same path.
If you wish, we connect you with expats in your city. One contact, not a mailing list, and only if you want it.
In your mother tongue, from the very first message.
Greek, Spanish, English or German: you talk to us in the language you think in. That makes every conversation more precise and every decision easier.
HOME
Athens, Thessaloniki, Madrid, Barcelona: a 2-to-3-hour direct flight, from Zurich as from Munich. With transfers and waiting, half a day, close enough for a long weekend.
IN GERMANY
Greek and Spanish communities that have grown over decades, especially in the metropolitan areas.
IN SWITZERLAND
Around a quarter of the resident population holds no Swiss passport. In Zurich, Basel and Lausanne, everyday life is international.
Germany
- Munich. One of the densest tech markets in Germany. High salaries, high rents.
- Braunschweig. The research density of a big city, the costs of a mid-sized one.
- Nuremberg. Strong IT demand, with noticeably more moderate fixed costs.
Switzerland
- Zurich. The centre of the Swiss IT market. High salaries, high rents.
- Lausanne. French-speaking Switzerland by the lake. Research and tech right on the shore.
- Basel. The bridge between Germany and Switzerland, on the Rhine.
Do you have a city in mind? Then that is where we search.
Friends, family, a club, a university: if there is a reason for a particular place, the reason counts. We assess the market there, tell you openly how many mandates we see, and run the numbers for that city just like for any other. Where your path leads is decided by you and your contract.
Two founders. Four languages. One principle.
David Bundies
Abroad, I met professionals whose skills German companies spend months searching for, and who never learned that someone here was waiting for them.
Not because they lacked anything, but because nobody had shown them the way. That is exactly where my work begins: making paths visible, putting the numbers on the table and staying at your side until you have truly arrived.
Your skills have their value, wherever you are today. What is often missing is the path to where they are needed. That is the path we make visible.
Evangelos Pourtsas
Leaving and arriving are part of my Greek family history: I know what this step costs, and what it can carry when it is well prepared.
That is why thoroughness is not a gesture for me but a way of working: numbers that stand up to scrutiny, preparation that starts before the first interview, and availability that does not end with the signature.
With us, no one takes this step alone. We know it from our own history and stay at your side until you have truly arrived.
We reply in the language you think in. Family roots in Greece, Latin America and Germany gave us these four.
What we commit to:
- We treat you the way we would want to be treated ourselves: as a person, not a profile.
- We also tell you what speaks against a path. Clarity matters more to us than quick enthusiasm.
- We do not wait until something catches: fixed check-ins until the end of probation, and in between we are one message away.
- What you entrust to us stays with us. Your reasons, doubts and plans are used for exactly one thing: finding your individual path.
What many want to know beforehand.
Do I have to have decided on a country?
No. The country question is part of the first conversation, not a requirement for it. If you start out towards Germany and realise Switzerland fits better, you simply remain our candidate.
Does this cost me anything?
No. Never, nothing, in either country. We are paid exclusively by the hiring company. In Switzerland, the law even allows agencies to charge jobseekers fees; we only work with partners who charge none.
Do I need a visa for Switzerland?
No. Switzerland is not in the EU, but your EU passport is still enough: enter, live, work. For Germany you do not need one anyway.
Do I have to speak German?
For many positions English is enough. German noticeably opens more doors, but it does not have to be perfect: it will not be flawless at the beginning, but with a little courage and our support you will soon be holding your own. The best place to learn is on site, and we help with that too: on request, we arrange suitable language courses, remotely before your move or in person in your new city.
Do I lose my pension years?
No. Contribution years from every EU country and from Switzerland are added together (Regulation 883/2004), in every direction: what you save up here also counts later in Spain or Greece.
What if the job does not work out?
You are not trapped. The probation period works in both directions: during this time, you decide too. We stay close, so difficulties come onto the table early and are solved together before they grow. And even then, you leave with more than you brought: international work experience, especially from Germany and Switzerland, is in higher demand than ever and often the basis for the next career step.
What do I gain from working with IseeIT?
A prepared path that costs you nothing. Your net calculation before you sign, in writing and with sources. Preparation for every interview with company, interview style and salary range. Negotiation and contract talked through, moving week planned: registration, bank account, health insurance in the right order. If you wish, the right language course, remote or on site, contacts to expats in your city and a personal overview of your clubs and groups. Fixed check-ins in weeks 1, 4, 8 and 12 until you have passed probation, and after that the number stays the same. The next step is a message, right below.
Few places. Full support.
We support every candidate comprehensively. That is why we only take on a few at a time and ask for a first impression: LinkedIn, GitHub or a CV. We reply personally, in your language, on working days within 24 hours.
